Refund & Return Policy:
Studio custom portraits
With certain exceptions, we will accept a return for exchange or arrange for a reshoot provided the issue is brought to our attention within fourteen (14) days from date of fulfillment. Due to the subjective nature of photography and art, when no other arrangements can be accomplished, as determined by The Pawtographer, we will honor a refund request.
Returns or exchanges of products must have a valid RMA # which can be retained at by calling 1-888-WOW-PAWS.
Returns will not be accepted without a valid authorized RMA number.
A credit will be issued (less S&H), as soon as we receive your return.
It is important to us that you have a memory to cherish for a lifetime. That is our goal. It is important that you communicate any changes you wish to have done, PRIOR to the order being submitted to our labs/vendors. If a changes is required after that time, a refund/return is not possible.

When you return an item, please return all parts, packaging, and accessories.
Return instructions:
1. Bring the portraits back to our local studio.
2. We will rush to replace your order.
3. The replacement order will be shipped to your home within 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your portraits.
